Taught by Heath Howren, known online as Cyborg Elf, on the Cyborg Elf channel since 2019. Everything is practised on software you own or on open-source games, and each lesson maps to a chapter of The Game Hacker's Handbook. New lessons land twice a month starting October 2026.

Pointer Lab from zero
One video per lesson of the tutorial that ships with Pointer Lab, the free open-source memory tool built alongside the book. Each episode opens with the result, shows why the wrong technique fails the lesson's check, then does it live. Nothing to download but the tool.

The catalogue that built the channel. The techniques date from their upload year and the games have moved on, but the fundamentals have not changed: this is still how memory scanning, pointers, overlays, hooks, and injection work. Each one is getting a modern remake on offline games.
